Dear Jake:

I guess there is no need to tell you about how pleased we are about your forthcoming exhibition at the Whitney Museum. So many wonderful things have happened since we've been together that this is just the icing to the cake.

We haven't heard anything from Carroll Greene. Charles wrote him in September to send him some photographs he requested, but since then we've heard nothing. I do think you should do what you can from your end especially now that a one-man show is in the works.

I'm pleased Mr. Hopkins has the Bush project under control.

We have also had a call from the Richardson Associates in Seattle and they are interested in having you do something for the Seattle-Tacoma International Airports. We have sent them appropriate slides etc. of your work. Have your heard from them?

There is a balance due you, but since the books are at the accountants I cannot furnish you with a statement until the beginning of next month. Our fiscal year ends August 31st and it is customary at this time of year.

I have decided to keep the two paintings I purchased at auction this spring for my personal collection. They are happily hanging i [[strikethrough]] n [[/strikethrough]] my den.

I know how busy you are, but don't do too much.

Fondly,

Terry
