Dear Jake and Gwen:

I think things are straightened out now as I spoke with Dr. Mamie Clark this morning. I am sending her a copy of our letter to you dated 9/13/74 in which the terms are stated. I have also enclosed an invoice for $3,000.

Mr. Findlay said the prints have been shipped to you for signing and I think we will receive payment just as soon as they receive the prints from you, signed.

Luise attended their opening the new center and she said the new building is extremely impressive. Everyone was so pleased with the print and your painting which is on exhibition in Dr. Clark's office. She said too that Charles Alston said hello to you and told her of your early days painting under him.

Enclosed is a copy of our letter to Mr. Russell of 6/25/74 and another written yesterday, 10/2/74. He is out of town now, but I expect him to return my call next Tuesday. I don't think there will be any problem.

Luise is preparing your statement so you should receive that shortly.

I plan to arrive in Seattle late in the evening on November 12th.

Love,

Terry
