IMPORTANT - THIS WILL BE ANOTHER JURY-FREE ANNUAL EXHIBITION. OUR REPUTATION AS PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS IS IN THE HANDS OF EVERY MEMBER OF OUR ASSOCIATION. PLEASE SEND IN YOUR VERY BEST WORK; WORK COMPLETED WITHIN THE LAST FOUR YEARS.

Shipping  
No boxes, crates or parcel post will be received at the Argent or National Academy Galleries. The cost of transportation is to be borne by the exhibitor.

Please advise them of shipment and let them know it is for the N.A.W.A. Annual.

Receiving Day  
All work received Thursday, April 27, 9 A.M. to 7 P.M. at National Academy. Exception: Miniatures received at Argent Gallery, 236 East 60th Street.

Calendar  
Opening Reception Wednesday, May 10 - 8 to 11 PM
Open to Public, Thursday, May 11 - 1 to 5 P.M.
Show Closes Sunday, May 28 - 5 P.M. 

Removal Dates  
Rejected Work must be removed on Thursday, May 4th - 9 A.M. to 7 P.M. Accepted Work must be removed Wednesday, May 31st 9 A.M. to 7 P.M. Work not called for on these dates will be stored with Hahn Brothers at member's expense. Work in the exhibition can not be removed before closing of Show. 

Work Eligible  
Work in oil, watercolor, gouache, casein, pastel, graphic, sculpture and miniature. Only one will be exhibited, except in graphics and miniatures where two may be hung. 

Members Eligible   
In accordance with Article IV under Section 4 of the Constitution - "MEMBERS IN ARREARS FOR DUES FORFEIT THE PRIVILEGE OF EXHIBITING."

Number of Entries  
OILS AND WATERCOLORS - You must submit two oils or two watercolors. Only one oil or one watercolor will be hung. The jury will select the picture to be exhibited. No work over 40" on Horizontal, including frame, will be accepted. 

GRAPHICS - Members submitting in graphics may submit three (3) graphics - only two of which may be hung. Graphics must be submitted matted, with double stiff mats. These will be shown under glass. Mat size 14" x 19"-18" x 22"-20" x 24". Note: If not cleaned and matted as instructed charge will be made for rematting. Drawings not accepted. 

SCULPTURE - Two sculptures must be submitted. Only one will be selected. The jury is to make the choice. Mark plainly on entry card the material used. Very large pieces of work by out-of-town members may be submitted in advance by photographs -  front and side views. On back of photos give title, dimensions and material. Mail photos to Argent Gallery, 236 East 60th Street, New York 22, N. Y. Photos must be received no later than April 10 for jurying. You will be notified immediately which piece of sculpture the jury has selected. There will be no "hors concours" in the sculpture section. 

MINIATURES - Three may be submitted. Two may be selected. 

Frames & Mats (Oils & Watercolors) 
All oils, watercolors and pastels must be framed. Frames must be in good condition. Simple, sturdy frames recommend. Do not send oils with glass. Caseins must be framed as watercolors if they are classed as watercolors. If classified as oils, frame them as oils and do not place them under glass.
