Shipping | No boxes, crates or parcel post will be received at the Argent or National Academy Galleries. The cost of transportation is to be borne by the exhibitor.

Receiving Day | All work received Thursday, April 23, 9 A.M. t 7 P.M. at National Academy. Exception: Miniatures received at Argent Gallery, 236 East 60th Street.

Calendar | Opening Reception Wednesday, May 6 - 8 to 11 P.M.
Open to Public, Thursday, May 7 - 1 to 5 P.M.
Show Closes Sunday, May 24 - 5 P.M.

Removal Dates | Rejected Work must be removed on Thursday, April 30th - 9 A.M. to 7 P.M. Accepted Work msut be removed Tuesday May 26 - 9 A.M. to 7 P.M. Work not called for on these dats will be stored with Hahn Brothers at member's expense. Work in the exhibition cannot be removed before closing of Show. Members whose work is rejected will be notified by mail. Do not call the National Academy of Design or the Argent Gallery for this information.

Work Eligible | Work in oil, watercolor, gouache, casein, pastel, graphic, sculpture and miniature.

Members Eligible | In accordance with Article IV under Section 4 of the Constitution - "MEMBERS IN ARREARS FOR DUES FORFEIT THE PRIVILEGE OF EXHIBITING."

Number of Entries | OILS and WATERCOLORS - Submit one or two oils OR one or two watercolors. Do not send one oil and one watercolor. Only one oil or watercolor will be accepted. Only one oil or watercolor will be accepted. Two graphics OR small pieces of sculpture may be sent - in addition to your oil or watercolor selection. No work over 40" on Horizontal, including frame, will be accepted.
GRAPHICS - Members submitting only in graphics may submit four graphics - only two of which may be hung. Graphics must be submitted matter, with double stiff mats. These will be shown under glass. Mat sizes 14" x 19" and 18" x 22". Note: If not clean and matted as instructed charge will be made for rematting. Drawings not accepted.

SCULPTURE - Three sculptures may be submitted, unless paintings or graphics are being submitted by the same member - in this case only two sculptures may be submitted. Mark plainly on entry card the material used. Very large pieces of work by out-of-town members may be submitted in advance by photographs - front and side views. On back of photos give title, dimensions and material. Mail photos to Argent Gallery, 236 East 60th Street, New York 22, N.Y. Photos must be received no later than April 14 for jurying. You will be notified immediately if accepted. Only one sculpture will be accepted.

MINIATURES - Three miniatures may be submitted. If paintings, graphics, or sculptures by the same member are being sent, only be miniature may be submitted.

Frames & Mats (Oils & Watercolors) | All oils, watercolors and pastels must be framed. Frames must be in good condition. Simple, sturdy frames recommended. Do not send oils with glass. Caseins must be framed as watercolors if they are classed as watercolors if they are classed as watercolors. If classified as oils, frame them as oils and do not place them under glass.
