LIMIT OF LIABILITY: Your request for photofinishing services constitutes your agreement with us, our office, agents and other persons that may be handling your film, that if your film is lost, damaged or not returned due to any cause, including negligence or other fault, liability is limited exclusively to the cost of the film before exposure, unless the film processor agrees in advance, in writing, to assume a greater obligation. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print slide or negative is without warranty or other liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damage is barred.
