REGISTERING: This will be taken care of by the Chairman of Conventions, Mr. Chew, Chamber of Commerce. The National Congress will have 2 girls for the payment of membership etc., which will be a part of the registering. Badges will be furnished by the Chamber of Commerce for the names.

SELLING OF ADVERTISEMENT IN PROGRAM FOLDER:

This item is the space to be sold to different firms which will be carried on the program for the convention.

RATES:
$50.00 for full page ad
$30.00 for 1/3 page ad (National Congress Convention Committee to $17.50 for 1/4 page ad specify the number which can be used.)

DONATIONS: This covers any money donated by business firms, reservation tribal councils or tribes who participate for cost of convention.

INDIAN VILLAGE:

All reservations to be contacted from list of previous convention and urged to bring dancers and beauty contest entree.

Mr. Chew to arrange for fair grounds which can also be used to display agriculture exhibits from all reservations and their stock.  Charges for all except delegates to fair grounds and handlers.

Indian Council to arrange for stands and the supplying of meat and bread to campers.

Dances to be held in afternoons and evenings and each reservation entering dancers to have own narrator to explain meaning of dancers and the reservation represented.
