While there we also talked about a tentative program for the convention. As soon as this is typed up we shall mail you a copy as well as the President, N. B. Johnson, for your ideas suggestions or changes that you may wish to make.

In closing this letter I wish to inform you that upon our arrival home here from Washington, we found conditions about normal. Road conditions and the weather has moderated as far as our office can determine.
