Dear Mr. Case: We are most happy to have your letter of the 21st accepting our invitation to appear on the program of the National Congress of American Indians at Rapid City at two p.m. September 22. We feel that your presence there will be most helpful and encouraging to the Indian people, and I am glad that they are going to have the opportunity to meet you personally. I hope to arrive in Rapid City a few days before the convention and have the opportunity to take a tour through the Black Hills. Looking forward to meeting you at the convention, I am Sincerely, N.
