In addition to your other duties, you will please report daily to Lt. Col. Clapp "Agent of the Freedmens Aid Society," office in Guions Hotel in the rear of the State House, and render to the sick Colored people such aid as in your power.

You will arrange with Col. Clapp such hours as will be most convenient.
