Sub-Dist. Raleigh, made application to employ a colored boy at the rate of $10.00 per month to take care of the offices of this Sub-Dist. Capt. Almy then Actg Supt Central District endorsed as follows - Approved. - the application I understand to include the care of all the Bureau offices at this point."
