RESOLUTION NO. 4

BE IT RESOLVED that the National Congress of American Indians urges the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Indian Affairs to call hearings on H. R. 4941, the bill endorsed by the NCAI for the repeal of discrimination against Indians with regard to the sale of liquor, before the end of the present session of Congress, and to recommend prompt passage of said legislation.

Mr. Madrano moved that Resolution No. 4 be adopted. Motion was seconded by Mr. Badoka. Motion was agreed to.
