Be it resolved that the National Congress of American Indians opposes Senate Joint Resolution No. 7, which would transfer the Indian Irrigation Service to the Bureau of Reclamation.
Mr. Madrano moved that Resolution No. 17 be adopted. Motion was seconded by Mr. Friedlander. Motion was agreed to.
