RESOLUTION NO. 40

BE IT RESOLVED that the National Congress of American Indians urges the Commissioner of Indian Affairs to abolish the practice of deducting from Indian estates the amounts received by the decent as old-age benefits.

Mr. Madrano moved that Resolution No. 40 be adopted. Motion was seconded by Mr. Badoka. Motion was agreed to.
