Dear Betty.

Just a tiny little word.
I am afraid, if I do'nt give this letter to the nice Rand Leven's friend, I shall never write. I know, you know all about me. Adge and myself, saw a lot of each other in London. And I can tell you that I miss her in Paris. She really did'nt change a bit inside, even not very much outside. She is working hard, but always very hard up. But she does'nt mind as long as she can paint. I admire her and wish I could be like her!

For the time being, I am trying to go to the States. It's rather difficult because of the credits. I gave some lectures on sculpture in London, and they happen to be good. I have now films on Matisse, Cezanne, Rodin, Maillol, and maybe one on [[strikethrough]] the [[/strikethrough]] French tapestry. I am not interested in doing tours in Europa, they are too short. I wish badly to go to the States and the trouble is that I can't pay myself for the fare. Do you think something can be done from New York?  Maybe a lecture agency?  Naturally, I shall only receive the films for propaganda, no charges can be taken for my lectures. 
Please tell me.
