Dear Josephine-

As usual a little slow answering letters. We are very glad to hear that you and the little folks are doing so well. I suppose the little man is beginning to look at things and will soon be a play companion to his sister.

Your nice present you sent some time ago came in very handy and especially just now while we are having zero 
weather. You are fortunate not to be at Hyde Park this winter where many of the people living there had to go to hotels on account of shortage of gas.

I had a fond shake up a few months ago when getting off of a street car I slipped
