Bedell does sell things to galleries & museums & I think I not only selected a few real gems but they are quite rare & becoming increasingly so with the years. I'm sure what I purch. will be worth a great deal more in the coming years. I would have loved a beautiful wooden sculpture of St. Gertrude & one of St. [[?]], but they amount to $90 & $125 to much for me but worth it of course - maybe one day!

If I had received your letter while I was in Santa Fe I think I could have satisfied your request - nevertheless I shall keep my eyes open for the real Mc Koy in beadwork & implements.

When I am in a position to do so I must spend a
