They do some Fulbright Scholarships but a college ed. is a prerequisite & inspite of my lack of a glorified degree I wrote to them asking whether or not in an in an instance when ability - clarity of project etc- were so in evidence would they not make concessions? I really put up an excellent argument that actually they might consider me - but I am not being hopeful because politics & red tape might very well be attached to these State grants. I did make an interesting point (among many) that a college education for the sake of a degree itself can bring little good to the individual - it is like a ring in marriage, being to some women, more important than the marriage itself.

Also because I didnot hear from the Tiffany in so long (thought they had completely rejected my plan) I sent a most interesting letter to the members of United Nations of Lake
