BEATRCE WOOD ROUTE 1, BOX 96-J OJAI, CALIFORNIA TELEPHONE MILTON 6-3381

Dear Dorothy: July 25th. 1961 Rec'd 7/27/61

Mrs. Norman Mapgood wants me to use her apartment, she is at her country home in Mass., so I will go there, instead of your nice suggestion of stopping at the Cosmopolitan Club. [] Cancelled reservation 7/27 [] It is at 139 East 66th. street, and therefore possibly 25 feet nearer you than the club.

My plane arrives Thursday morning early, August 3rd. I leave New York on Sunday, the 6th. I will phone you Thursday morning around nine, if you have a listed phone. [] -BUF-4895 [] I would love to see you, and except for Thursday luncheon will make no dates until I arrive in New York. So any time will be alright.

When I see you, you can give me the slides, [] ?D-where are they. That you took to Lov? Sent 8/8/61 [] as probably you have been to busy to mail them. Several craftsman have sent beautiful slides of their work, others have not even answered my request, so it means more letter writing.

My trip is shaping up in marvellous [[marvelous]] manner. Do save some time for me between the 3rd-6th.

Loved seeing you in Ojai, and it meant a great deal to have you look at the things for India.

Much love,

Beatrice
