The Evening and Sunday Bulletin 30TH AND MARKET STREETS PHILADELPHIA 1 February 11, 1970 [[stamped]] COPY [[/stamped]] Dear Mr. Rauschenberg, The Philadelphia Bulletin has scheduled a color page layout for Sunday, March 29, and we would like to feature a story about you and your art. The story is timed to coincide with the exhibition of your graphic works at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Philadelphia, beginning March 31. Would it be possible for me to interview you in New York at your convenience sometime during the week of Feb. 23? While in New York I am hoping to interview Jasper Johns, whose graphic works will be on display at the Philadelphia Museum of Art beginning April 15. We hope to use both the articles about you and Mr. Johns on March 29. My deadline for the story is March 20, and since I shall be away from the office from March 7 to 23, the week of Feb. 23 would be best. We are looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Nessa R.
