Dear Leo:

This letter is basically about my new (more time for art) organizing. I need your cooperation for my corporation. The needs for inventory, documentation, location and ownership is repeatedly and insistently rampant. I like chaos in art but peace in collectible facts. This is one of the places I ask your help. It would please me if you would search your corporate files and memory and help some member(s) of my staff to list and reconstruct the status and whereabouts of all Rauschenberg's works ever produced, sold or in inventory.

All arts will now come from, and all payments go to, Untitled Press, Inc. This includes photos which are financed, produced and copyrighted by Untitled Press, Inc. Our alliance and loyalties remain paramount, and for all organic purposes, unchanged. I have had to alter the percentage structure from 50-50 to 60-40 with specific negotiations for unique circumstances by mutual agreement. I am certain of the increase demand on your time and share sympathetically. Thanks be with you and love.

See you for the movies,

Bob R.
