CS. recommends "that the within request be granted, that Capt Rosenkrans be relieved and ordered to report to Col. Whittlesey  Capt Fitts cannot be spared from his Dist." |

J W Bushong O.V.I. - Ohio Volunteer Infantry George A Armes was a military man. Lots of Military records for him. Jno. Hawxhurst - that is a correct last name.
