I have the honor to request your favorable consideration of the application which will be made to you by the bearer, Rev'd Henry J. Fox, a member of our Association, & one of the Teacher's Committee. Mr Fox is about to visit, for the purposes of information & inspection, some of our Stations at the West, & our work will be promoted by the grant of such facilities as may be in your power.
