The Second Front November 16, 1984/The Range [[image - photograph]] Art Observation Mel Casas, chairman of art, advertising art and architecture department, Jan Tips and Reginald Rowe, a painting instructor at the San Antonio Art Institute, contemplate the work of Casas. The one-man show will be on exhibit through Dec. 2 at Koehler Cultural Center, 310 W. Ashby Place. Casas' work is of Southwest-Mexican images.
