1. That the program annexed hereto is made a part of this agreement and the Artist will comply with the terms thereof.

2. That the Art Commission of the City of New York shall have the final decision on the works of art involved and the submissions of the Artist must meet with the approval of such Commission.

3. That within sixty (60) days after he is notified to start work, the Artist shall submit color sketches, mounted on board approximately 14" x 24" and full-size enlargement of a representative detail, not less than 12" x 18", for the design of a mosaic tile mural in the ground floor entrance lobby of the New 800 Bed Hospital at Harlem Hospital, Borough of Manhattan, City of New York, for preliminary approval by the Commissioner and the Art Commission of the City of New York.

4. That within one hundred twenty (120) days after preliminary approval of color sketches and full-size enlargement and after notification by the Commissioner to proceed, the Artist shall submit full-size detail drawings to cover the entire mural, with color indications to enable the Commissioner to select a studio to execute the work in mosaic material.

5. That the Artist shall supervise the assembly and execution of the design in the Mosaic Studio, advise the Commissioner in writing when the work is completed to his satisfaction and shall request the Commissioner to inspect the work before transportation of the mural to the project site.

6. That the Artist shall supervise the installation of the mosaic tile mural by others at the site until completion, approval and acceptance by the Commissioner and the Art Commission of the City of New York.

7. That the Artist shall be paid the sum of Seven Thousand
