Dear Dorothy:

In early January I must make a trip to San Francisco. Sometime during the first two weeks in December I am planning to visit New York. If you could spare the time, I would very much like to have lunch or dinner with you at a place and time of your choice -- excluding galleries or museums.

I would like to discuss with you a matter which could very well be to our mutual interest. If you do not acknowledge this note, I will understand and accept your decision.

Yours,

Clyfford
