Byron Gallery

New York, New York 10021

Dear Miss Culmann:

We are very pleased that you will be participating in our exhibition, SOME YOUNGER AMERICAN PAINTERS AND SCULPTORS, (#68-5), through your generous loan of a painting by Sam Gilliam. As you know, the exhibition was selected by Kynaston McShine and will circulate from October 1968 through October 1969.

Enclosed please find our loan agreement forms. The grey copy is for your file; the brown copy should be filled in, signed and returned to us.

All works lent will be insured under our all-risk fine arts policy during the period they are in our custody, and we will assume all expenses connected with the assembly, transportation, and preparation of loans for circulation. The exhibition will be custom-packed in strong boxes, safe for such travel.

We appreciate your interest in our exhibition and wish to thank you very much for lending.

Sincerely,
Konrad G. Kuchel
