Dear Fellow Artist:

Please read and check out the TIME MAGAZINE's article on Larry Rivers, who is bastardizing black art. Send letters to the editor. Write Illinois Bell Telephone Company at Chicago and ask them to dismantle their black art show. Write Illinois Art Council at 111 North Wabash Avenue, and ask them to withdraw their sponsorship of it. If you are in the show, write and ask that they return your work as protest. Only black artists, experts and people should define the best in black art, not corporate entrepreneurs. Reactions?
