Dear Susan:

I received from John Silberman consignment agreement covering the five Serra sculptures listed below. They are to be signed at this time with the understanding that the fabrication and installation costs will be determined by us as soon as possible and thereafter inserted on the schedule attached to each agreement.

The retail price of each work is set forth alongside each sculpture. Please let me know if these prices tally with the current price you are asking or, if not, whether the amounts are agreeable to Leo. I will come by during the week for Leo to sign the agreements, if he has no objection to the stated prices:
