4. We have seen the dingy company houses of the mill-towns. Here in the greenbelt town we see how a planned community can accomodate the same group of people with modern homes. Here the worker is not at the mercy of his [[/strikethrough]] an [[/strikethrough]] employer. Here he will be less affected by the vicissitudes or changes in policy of any single [[strikethrough]] employer [[/strikethrough]] industry. Here he will live apart from the smoke and soot of the factories, and yet will enjoy their benefits of work and wages.
