25. Plumber and carpenter taking last bites of sandwiches, brush their hands of crumbs, pick up wrench and hammer and as the plumber disappears in basement the carpenter mounts a ladder.
26. Show partially completed house and pass progressively to more complete units.
27. Show electric saw in service court. A close-up of saw-wheel fades into Special Skills shop where there is a similar saw-wheel. Views of furniture. Fade back from finished chair at Special Skills shop to same chair in a room at Greenbelt.
28. Walk camera through completed house and out into recreational area and center of super-block. Brief shots of approach road, of lake, of school, of underpass.
29. Show crowds of Sunday visitors walking up central paths, and inspecting buildings.
30. President Roosevelt's car appears at north end of block D and drives toward camera (Paramount). Close on President's short speech commending the Greenbelt project.
