Dear Bob,

In trying to solve the Benson Gallery schedule for 1973 I have tentatively planned an exhibition of your work during the period from Saturday May 26 through Tuesday June 12, (our opening show) - Entering Gallery and am writing to confirm this. Enclosed is a contract form that clarifies the arrangements. Work should be delivered on the Wednesday preceding the Saturday opening (Reception 4 to 7 on the opening day).

It would be helpful if you could send biographical material, a photograph of yourself at work or in your studio, and any photographs you can spare of your work.

Please sign and return the contract, if you agree.  I'll be going to Mexico for February and hope to be fully planned by then.
