I have the honor to return herewith draft SO.15 on the New Berne Branch of the Freedmen Savings and Trust Company for two hundred and ninety-five dollars ($295.00) payable to the Order of Harry Floyd late of Co D. 2nd U.S.C. Cav. Harry Floyd died in the Bureau Hospital at this place last month, leaving no relative.
