I have the honor to enclose herewith the vouchers for Arrears of Pay and Bounty of Silas Malone, late of Co C. 55th Regt U.S. Mass Vols, also oaths of Identity in his ease, which you will Please have properly filled in and executed, and return it to this office together with the voucher properly signed and witnessed, Malone is a member of Co F 40th Regt U.S. Infantry, stationed at Goldsboro, N.C.
