Transmits copy of the Act relative to Freed people testifying in Courts of Justice - The General Assembly passed northern act same one of reference to the Judiciary Committee, of which enclosed is the first. The Legislature are waiting the action of a Commission of able gentlemen, to whom the late Convention referred the whole subject.  The General Assembly will convene again on 18th institute.  Will advise Gen Tillson of their action.  File
