Plan for organizing Labor of the Freedmen submitted by Mr King of Georgia, after extensive interviews with the public men of New England, and generally approved by them. If this system be adopted in time the Freedmen lives will be saved, the Government freed from the expenses of providing for them, and the Southern states will be restored to order, [[?]] and rapid advancement in prosperity
