In relation to the Board of Supervisors to be constituted in accordance with Special Field Order No. 1, to effect arrangements toward the restoration of certain lands in South Carolina, and conversation between himself and Mr. Wm. Whaley on the subject.

It is their wish that the FM be suitably provided for, & if it is possible to work any thing satisfactory, it can be done by bur of refugees - The most the people are provided on a a plantation in a manner dutiful to Bur - & in accordance with the terms of the obligation - The order of transfer will be issued by you. 

You can contribute your bond so as to cover all the lands
left to your care. Put them at work.
