Members of Congress from Mass as well as many Army testimonials I having been Chief Commissary of Subsistence of Kilpatrick's Cavalry as long as that Command lasted and but recently mustered out of service.
Believing that the Freedman's Bureau presents unusual field for doing good I shall be most glad to accept a position.
