grantors or their heirs. And provided further that all the other brothers and sisters of said Letitia shall by deed convey to the said Letitia all their interest in and to said lot. It is hereby expressly declarred that the object and purpose of the parties to this deed of the first is to create and give to the said Letitia a support out of said lot so long as she [[strikethrough]] s [[/strikethrough]] shall remain unmarried with the power to sell or dispose of said lot in any way she may think proper as a [[Feme?]] sole but in case she should marry without having disposed of said lot then this conveyance shall become void and the property rest in the grantors, provided that should the other brothers or sisters of said Letitia refuse to convey their interest then this deed shall never take effect but be wholy void. And the said parties hereby bind themselves and their heirs and assign forever to warrant to said Letitia and her assigns against any claim from them or from their heirs assigns and representatives to said lot if all the conditions and [[Situations?]] herein before stated be fully complied with Witness the hands and seals of the said parties of the first part affixed on this day of the signing and sealing of these presents to wit the 21st day of June 1866.
