Chicano Art - we must express visually a social, economic, & political statement of Chicano life and must strongly project [[strikethrough]] these [[/strikethrough]] that statement to become a part of the [[strikethrough]] so [[/strikethrough]] public (specifically the white) social awareness.

Thus, no room for abstraction

No one can [[strikethrough]] destroy us [[/strikethrough]] stop us, unless we stop ourselves. We can stop ourselves by not attending meetings, by not contributing, by not participating, etc.
