Centennial High School and at Art Center in Los Angeles, California. During his service in the Army, he was a illustrator for Air Defense Center, Fort Bliss, Texas. He won first prize for drawing at Fort Bliss Art Expo. After the service, Gil went back to sign/ graphic designing, and portraiture. He recently published a book called "The 50's" and other assorted chicano graffitii [[graffiti]]. Which is full of illustrations reflecting his younger days in the south Los Angeles area. Gil has participated in the La Mirada Art Festival and Lytle Creek Art Expo this past year. He prefers working in lead and color pencils. 

ARTEMIO SEPULVEDA
Born in Los Rodriquez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Artemio studied Art in the Escuela de Pintura y Escultura, "La Esmeralda". He is the recipient of numerous awards and has exhibited extensively in Canada, Mexico and the United States. His works are included in permanent collections at the Museum of Fine Arts, Mexico City, the Museum of Modern Art, Mexico City and the La Jolla Museum, La Jolla, California.

ART VALENZUELA
Arthur Valenzuela's chief medium is prisma color and oil base pencil. Art combines qualities of penetrating imagination and an extra ordinary sense of color with roots in cosmic fantasy. His work has appeared in the Newport Art Festival, Empanada Show, Menudo Exhibit, Last Chicano Show and Hecho en California. Exhibit at the University of Third World Study at Guanajuato, Mexico.

BEN VALENZUELA
Ben Valenzuela has exhibited extensively in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Some of his major exhibitions include: "Menudo" at the Mills House Gallery in Garden Grove; "Hecho en California" at the University of Guanajuato, Mexico; "Liberty and Justice for All" at the Orange County Center for contemporary art and eggsplorations, a recent two man exhibit at the Galeria in Santa Ana. His artistic influences are wide and varied, incorporating surrealism, social realism, expressionism and impressionism. Ben works in a variety of mediums including oil painting, watercolor, pencil drawings and graphics print making.

JESS VALENZUELA
Jess Valenzuela has exhbited [[exhibited]] his work throughout Orange County in many community exhibitions. His work has focused mainly on the portrayal of the "Fantastic Landscape" however, his interests also include figurations and abstract work. Jess works in a variety of mediums and mixed meduims [[mediums]]. Foremost among these would be pen, ink, watercolor, gouche and prisma color pencil.

EMIGDIO VASQUEZ
Emigdio Vasquez was born in Jerome, Arizona on May 25, 1939. At two years old he and his family moved to Orange, California, where he still resides. He attended Fullerton Colege [[college]] and Santa Ana College and later received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts Degrees at California State University at Fullerton. Since 1974, Mr. Vasquez has been a freelance artist and is currently working for the City of Anaheim as a Muralist.

Emigdio's work has been exhibited in numberous [[numerous]] galleries and museums such as the Laguna Beach Museum of Art; the Newport Harbor Art Museum; the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery; the Mandeville Art Center in San Diego; the Galeria in Santa Ana; and the Amerika Haus Berlin in Berlin, Germany. During his career he has been a recipient of many awards and has been a subject of television, radio and newspaper interviews. His work has also been used in several television and film productions.

GILBERT VASQUEZ
Gilbert Vasquez is a unique multi-talented artist who has produced works in a myriad of medias and art form including; oil and acrylic paintings, sculptures (busts), wood carvings (wild life art), real life drawings, murals, (for the State of California and the City of Westminister), graphic designs and illustrations (private and corporate logos and album covers), and video production work for the private sector. He is presently also studying computer aided Design Drafting at the California College of Technology for both industrial and aesthetic application.

RICHARD VILLA
Richard G. Villa retired from the U.S.A.F. in 1973. He attended Santa Ana College and California State University at Fullerton where he earned his Bachelor of Art
