Running S- 841½ feet to stake then 64½°E 1463 feet to stake then N 215 ft to stake then N 67½° E along the edge of Road 385 ft to stake then 20¾° N 193 ft to stake then N 67 1/6° E 209 ft to stake then N 23° W 594 ft to stake then 67¼° E 391 W to stake west side of lane then N 23 W 893 ft to stake then 67¼ W 290 ft to stake then 815 ft to a stake then west 1320 ft to stake then S 660 ft to a stake then E 1320 ft to begining  also a portion of the J H Fyfe farm adjoining the town of Athens, viz all the interest that R C Morris heretofore owned, in said farm viz 20 acres in the S.E. corner of S W qr of Sect. 28 township 4, Range 1st W of M Hiawassee.  also that portion of said farm purchased by R.C. Morris bounded on S & W. by him between same and that portion purchased by McSpadder and on N by E.T. & G. R. Road and on E by land belonging to foundry. also 40 acres in a square in the S.W. corner of SW qr. of Sect 28 township 4 range 1 W. of M Hiawassee [[Decd?]], and Milton L Phillips and A Blizard being the highest and best bidders for the lands above discribed the same was struck off to them at the price of five thousand five hundred dollars the same being to him in hand paid the highest bid therefore   In consequence of the premises
