Thurs April 27

Dear Muzdad,
        
I am eating breakfast & am about to go over to 8th St - to dig in the garden. Giovanna will meet me there at 1 or so - & then come here for lunch & to pose - the head looks almost beautiful today- I do not know what to do- think I will perhaps make another head- or another canvas to try to get the flavorings I want to put into the large canvas.

Tom & I went to a very good movie last night - "Rome Express" - very thrilling & well done. Felt just like being on a big crack train - the waiters the porters - the jiggle - etc - & quite exciting too - a murder etc stolen Van Dyke - all the fixin's.

We are going to find out if Leonard can see us on Sunday - & drive over to say hello to them all - which I think will be fun. I haven't any
