Dear Webster:

I am still in the midst of my lithographic harassment hence just a few words and some foolish clippings. I did enjoy the interpretation of the Shakespeare sonnets.

The Chatham photos are not worthy of me or my subjects. For the color I am not to blame; in the first printing and developing it was quite good. I sent them off to Walter to reach him by his birthday. Today your garish batch arrived. Sorry.

Except for fatigue and heat oppression I am well.

I hope that S.F. is being good for you and to you.
Love
Paul
