Dear Mr. LeMassena:

This is to acknowledge receipt of the Joseph Cornell box "Planet Set" (title obscured), dedicated to Jiuditta Pasta. This is 12" x 18" and is dated 1950. In my opinion, the current market value of this box is between $5000 and $6000.

should you decide to dispose of this box, I would be happy to try to sell it for you. My commission, in the event, would be 20 per-cent of the selling price. If you decide to keep the box, I trust you will pick it up before your departure for California.
