Dear Mr. Janss:

We have just received word from The Museum of Modern Art that they are about to return to us Mica Magritte II by Joseph Cornell, the collage which you purchased from us last May.

I am sorry to bother you, but I would like for you to give us once again the address to which you would like the collage to be sent. (I have had mail to you (announcements) returned when sent to 8221 Sunset Boulevard). I saw you briefly, from afar on the 23rd of December at Snowmass-at-Aspen, as I was arriving, but by the time I had recovered from the excitement of seeing everything, you had left for Sun Valley. Your nice secretary gave me this address and advised me to write to you.

P.S. I am sure that you have heard this before, but the Janss Corporation deserves an A++ for its great taste and efforts in developing Snowmass. My Parents have been pleased with just about everything, especially with the help that Taylor Gamblin has given them.
