We shall give it to Papa as a xmas present if it is successful which I sincerely hope will be the case. Gretchen will write to you about it, so I shall stop. Ms. Bocker was away for a day but just returned.

Please if you see Uncle and Mr. Rochell also the Meynens remember me to them and I hope it is not too hot for them and all.

I shall stop now you most likely will find this letter in your pocket for a week or so and then suddenly remember its existence and read it, well you must not mind its length and Lord knows when I shall write again and therefore I write a long one. I am awful correspondent, can never get to letter writing as you may have seen.

I hope you will enjoy your sundays day of rest, as you call it, with so much on hand when is it that you do something anyhow!!! well here we are on the go all the time if not they always discover something more to do, it is a little to, always on the go but very pleasant if one does not get too tired.

Goodbye from your loving sister D.A. Dreier

P.S. I did enjoy sleeping on the steamer till about ten every morning
