Charlotte came here from Boston, they had a [[reunion]] on Thanksgiving and yesterday evening she spent the night here, stayed for dinner today and leaves on Tuesday again - although the visit was so short we had a very good time and were sorry it was so short. Mr. Allfort dined here Thursday, he told us all about the hospital and that he still goes there to visit the doctors etc 

He and Will A. expected to go to the Ball game, what horrid weather they did have, it was too bad.
