NAYLOR & CO., INC.
45 Wall Street,
New York, Sept. 23/13.

Dear Dodo,

Encl'd is statement from H.T. Carey & Co. for your transaction in Pa. R.R. warrants. You will see that they sold the 46 warrants for you at a profit of about $284.62 less interest on their advances, & that there is a balance due them of $41.85. Will you please send me a check made out to them for that amount.

The balance of 40% on the remaining 27 warrants is due, I believe, the end of November, the amount being $540.- I will write you in time should you not be back before then. Taking into consideration your profit on the warrants & Vickers, you will have had to pay out only about $216.- /230.- new money for the 27 shares you are getting, costing $1,350.- & worth about $1518.-.

We spent last night in town with the children & tonight expect to dine with Mary & G. & R.

Your bro.,
Edw.
