Dear Dodo,

Your note of the 16th inst. rec'd. The only thing I remember receiving from you was the Merrimac Chem. Co. warrant.

I made inquires at the B'klyn Trust Co. as it would be awkward if the Warrants were lost, who first told me that they had no record of them, so I telephoned the C.M. & St. Paul who said they had mailed it to the L.I. S. & Trust Co. This should reach the B'klyn T. Co, but to make the mailing order correct & avoid possible loss, I enclose a new mailing order to the St. Paul which it would be advisable for you to sign & mail at once as a dividend will be paid next month.

Since first talking with the B'klyn T. I gave them further particulars & they have now telephoned me that they have orders to mail such matters to Miss Davis & that this was probably sent to her. In order to save time, I have written Miss Davis to mail the warrant to you if she still had them. Will you please let me know whether you receive them, so that there will be time to investigate further should you not get them.

I have just rec'd a letter from Miss Davis in regard to some deposits which I will look up tonight & write her about later.

Goodbye for the present,
your bro
Edw.
