[INCORPORATED]
45 WALL STREET, NEW YORK

Dear Dodo,

Your two registered letters of the 25th rec'd yesterday. There was a slight mistake on the income tax statement about which I consulted Miss. D. & then mailed corrected this morning. I would suggest that you send me the copy to put with the copy of your last year's (1913) statement.

I have paid the St. Paul for the $3000.- bonds you subscribe & for the $2000.- which I subscribe for you out of your money which I had. This now leaves $10,000.- still in my hands for the continuance of which as I have before mentioned, I am only much obliged. It will probably be quite some time before I can get the actual bonds, but as soon as they are ready, I will let you know & then put them in your box.

I think it would be admirable for you to send the certificate for the Ill. Pipe Line to me before it gets mislaid & I will put it in your box. Please do so at your early convenience.
